16. describe the characteristics of an inclusive workplace
17. explain the steps for creating and carrying out a diversity and inclusion initiative
18. list and describe the various diversity and inclusion initiatives
19. describe the benefits of promoting diversity and inclusion in an organization

Successful completion of this course requires passing all of the assessments at 100 percent. The assessments can be taken multiple times.
