- explain the process used to organize a union
- list the information that must be provided by the employer within two days after a representation election is scheduled
- explain the various union security arrangements
- describe the process of collective bargaining
- give examples of illegal, mandatory, and voluntary bargaining issues
- list the major bargaining issues that are typically included in most labor agreements
- explain bargaining structures and negotiation strategies
- explain what it means to bargain in good faith
Successful completion of this course requires passing all of the assessments at 100 percent. The assessments can be taken multiple times. Upon successful completion of this course you can download a certificate of completion and access HRCI pre-approved Activity ID from the Completed tab on the MY COURSES page.
